TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JumpShip ("Service"), operated by KJ2 Precision LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service, including the website at jumpshp.com and any associated mobile applications.

2. Description of Service

JumpShip provides:

• A total compensation calculator for comparing job offers
• A weekly paycheck estimator
• A pension value calculator
• A job application tracker
• A crowdsourced employee benefits database
• Related career tools for process operators and skilled trades workers

The Service is currently provided free of charge during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with advance notice to registered users.

3. User Accounts

JumpShip is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. To access certain features, you may create a free account. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts belonging to users under 18.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JumpShip only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent compensation data to the benefits database
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its data
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or discriminate against others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit any data that violates your employer's confidentiality agreements

5. Compensation Data & Calculations

Tax estimates are based on simplified federal tax brackets and do not account for state taxes, local taxes, filing status variations, deductions, credits, or other individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified tax professional for accurate tax advice.

Pension calculations are estimates based on formulas you provide. Actual pension amounts are determined by your employer's plan documents. Always verify with your HR department or plan administrator.

6. User-Submitted Benefits Database

JumpShip offers an optional crowdsourced benefits database. By submitting data to the benefits database, you:

• Confirm the data is based on your own personal employment experience
• Agree that your submission will be displayed anonymously to other users
• Confirm you are not submitting confidential or proprietary employer information in violation of any agreement
• Grant JumpShip a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the submitted data

JumpShip does not verify submitted compensation data and makes no representations about its accuracy. User-submitted content is protected under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. JumpShip is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted data.

7. Intellectual Property

JumpShip and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KJ2 Precision LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "JumpShip" name and brand are trademarks of KJ2 Precision LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to JumpShip. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of JumpShip is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We will never sell your personal data or share your compensation information with your employer.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KJ2 PRECISION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of any compensation calculations, tax estimates, or pension projections.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KJ2 PRECISION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, OR FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KJ2 Precision LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading data to the benefits database.

12. Modifications to Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If we introduce paid subscription tiers, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice to existing free users and honor grandfather pricing commitments made during the beta period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
